Charnwood Jamboree Gear List & Instructions

27th July 2019 @ 4:00 am - 3rd August 2019 @ 11:30 pm

We will be meeting at the Scout Hall at 4 am on Saturday 27th July 2019

Main rucksack, passport, spending money & medications brought to the hall on Friday 26th at 7 pm

Please ensure that the full gear list is packed. Everything must be packed inside a large rucksack and school bag sized daysack – this will be carried on board so make sure no aeroplane prohibited items. We will be travelling in Uniform.

No more than £35 as pocket money, please. Please ensure that money is in a purse with your name written on it and then handed to the Roisin for safekeeping.

Any medications should be handed to Paul on Friday with full written instructions. If your child manages meds themselves please still give full instructions to Paul. Our policy is that scout mobile phones are held for them and they can have them for a designated time in the evening (this will depend on the camp programme) We can make leaders phones available to take or make calls so we would encourage the scouts to leave phones at home. We do not have access to charging points for scout phones.

Yours in Scouting, Sarah 086 3499195
